We sometimes forget all spirits have but a brief time on this earth. No one knows why some are shorter than others. If there is a greater plan, I can't say. What I do know is their memory lives in the hearts of everyone they have touched.
Until your broken heart mends, and I know how long that might take, find comfort in knowing those who love you will be there with super glue, hugs or the distance you need. Let your heart be filled, knowing although Emma has left too soon, her life was saved and made wonderful by one simple act on your part. You chose her to love forever...and you will.
